Return Policy

All sales are final, only exchanges for a different item/items of equal value. The shipping of the item/items being returned will be at the expense of the customer. The replacement item/items will be shipped on behalf of Kintoure.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. At the moment we are only shipping in the continental United States. We are currently charging $10 Flat Rate for all orders.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-4 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
